In what events do you compete (most often)? Horizontal Bar and Parallel Bars

When did you begin competitive gymnastics (Grade) Sophmore Year (2006)

What do you like most about gymnastics or a specific event? It is always challenging, mentally and physically.

What do you least like about gymnastics or a specific event? Some tricks come and go like they have a mind of their own when in reality it is the gymnast that just can’t find them.  Then frustration sets in and you begin to suck exponentially.

What do you do to prepare for an event? Do routines. (in your head and in real life)

Use one to three words that describe you. Driven, Intelligent, and, persevering

What do you consider your greatest gymnastic accomplishment so far? Getting to the level that I am currently at in the time that I have been doing gymnastics.

What hobbies do you have? Snowboarding, flying RC aircraft, and karate.

What other sports do you participate in? (IHSA or other) Wrestling

Who is your favorite teacher? Why? Um…no thanks. Life is too short to answer that.

What is your favorite LPHS subject?  Why? Physics because it can be applied to everything all the time and is what makes this world work. 

What is your favorite food? Scotcha

What is your favorite movie? There are a lot… Here are a few… Frequency, The Princes Bride, all the Bond films, Remember the Titans…

What is something people should know about you, but probably don't? I was born in Arizona

If you have pets, what can you tell us about them? I have a dog name Gizzmo. He is my Lil’ Brudder

When you are done with gymnastics at Lake Park, how would you like to be remembered? As The State Champions

Who would you take on your dream date? Kelsey Wuthrich (my girlfriend)

Who is the comedian on the 2008 gymnastics team? Spiderman (a.k.a. Justin)

Which gymnastics coach has the best sense of humor? Coach Lee and Coach Matune

What is something you do not want to hear from the coach?

What is your favorite phrase from the coach? Which coach? “Leave knowing you have no regrets.” –Coach Matune or “Now we’re cookn’ with gas.” Coach Matune

Where is your favorite place to relax? Outside on the hammock on a nice day.

Please describe your most difficult move and for what event you perform that move. Full Perro to eagle (high bar) 

What is your personal goal for the 2008 boys gymnastics season? Make to the state finals and have no regrets.
